Support the Talent team with sourcing initiatives and help manage talent pipelines across diverse recruitment needs.
Collaborate with the team to attract top professionals, particularly in software development, IT, and business domains.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and support communication with candidates.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (*active student status)
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Must be currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution in Greece and required and/or eligible to participate in an internship program under Greek law.
