About the role
- Support the Talent team with sourcing initiatives and help manage talent pipelines across diverse recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with the team to attract top professionals, particularly in software development, IT, and business domains.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and support communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (*active student status)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Must be currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution in Greece and required and/or eligible to participate in an internship program under Greek law.
