Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. Utilize ATS to manage applications and ensure smooth hiring workflows. Craft effective recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines. Advertise job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best talent. Support HR Operations: Manage and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS). Prepare and update HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
Requirements
12 years of proven experience in talent acquisition (IT & Non-IT). Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices. Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools. Familiarity with Performance Management Systems and HR reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision. Immediate availability preferred.
