About the role

  • Join People Team within Talent Team; core focus on Tech hiring (Engineering, Product, Data, Design).
  • 12 month fixed term contract.
  • First 6 months: build hiring manager relationships, learn hiring processes, be self-sufficient, help meet hiring targets while ensuring top-tier candidate experience.
  • Support hiring for Technology teams and keep candidates engaged and informed at every stage, including meeting and greeting in the office.
  • Become subject matter expert in FinTech talent and use data-driven insights to improve workflows.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity and collaborate with wider People team.

Requirements

  • Great eye for detail, strong organisation and time management skills.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Junior Talent Partner or equivalent in a fast-paced Technology environment.
  • Experience finding talented technical talent (e.g. Software Engineers).
  • Naturally curious and creative mindset.
  • Enjoy owning the 360 recruitment process.
  • Experience interviewing people and understanding motivations.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Willingness to be on a 12 month fixed term contract.
