About the role
- Design and drive a key strategic program for AI literacy and skills across the business
- Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Technology leaders
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences for technology teams
- Champion product management mindset within teams
- Manage the full lifecycle of learning and talent programs
- Manage relationships with external partners
Requirements
- Experienced in learning design and delivery and talent program or talent product management
- Experience working with technology teams including Product Management and Software Engineering
- Strong design thinker with a customer-centric approach
- Understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent project and program management skills
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving
