Requirements
- Experienced in learning design and delivery and talent program or talent product management
- Experience working with technology teams including Product Management and Software Engineering
- Strong design thinker with a customer-centric approach
- Understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent project and program management skills
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving
