Requirements
You have 3+ years in an in-house talent experience, coordination or a similar role, managing end to end candidate journeys.
You’re an exceptional communicator, with great organisational skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
You have proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
You’re tech-savvy, with experience managing or optimising an ATS (ideally Ashby, but not essential).
You’re highly curious, with a data-driven mindset and knack for turning feedback and metrics into actionable improvements.
You’re a natural relationship-builder, comfortable working across teams, time zones, and cultures.
You have unwavering attention to detail, curiosity, and a genuine desire to create a standout candidate experience.
