About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple functions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, formulas, etc.).
- Create custom Excel dashboards and visual reports to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and Excel trackers.
- Stay current on talent market trends and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with pivot tables, lookups, filters, and building reporting templates).
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for corporate and technical roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Experience recruiting in a tech, data, or digital services environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus but not required).
- Minimum Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
