About the role
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR team.
- Support end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal portals, etc.)
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Support with reference checks and background verifications
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Participate in onboarding activities for new hires
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related internships
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Passion for people, teamwork, and learning
