About the role
- 100% new business sales role reporting directly to the Director of Sales
- Drive new business sales, cultivate key relationships, and grow RLL®’s presence
- Sell directly to the appropriate key multifamily decision makers, including C-suite leaders
- Cultivate insurance partner relationships to position RLL as a solution to their existing multifamily clients’ needs
- Travel to trade shows, customer visits, and other events to expand market reach
- Obtain an insurance license shortly after onboarding (support provided)
- Sell consultatively, solve problems, and drive results
Requirements
- 3+ years of new business development and/or consultative sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; or proven sales experience
- Ability to sell consultatively, think strategically, and connect with people
- Fun, personable, and approachable; empathetic and able to understand customer challenges
- Comfortable meeting new people and building trust
- Drive new business sales and cultivate key relationships
- Ability to sell to C-suite multifamily decision makers
- Cultivate insurance partner relationships
- Willingness to travel to trade shows, customer visits, and other events
- Obtain an insurance license shortly after onboarding (support provided)
