Develop advanced training programs for independent dealers focused on sales techniques, market trends, and customer retention
Implement a robust coaching and development framework to enhance dealer capabilities
Drive innovation in training and development processes to improve sales and service experiences
Guide direct reports through regular follow-ups, coaching, and mentoring when applicable
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team and collaborate with other regional leaders
In coordination with the Director – Dealer Accounts, participate in interviews for District Sales Managers or Sales Support Specialists
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
8-10 years of progressive sales experience
3-5 years in business-to-business sales and marketing
Proven track record of managing and consistently expanding sales territories
Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound business decisions
Strong focus on achieving and exceeding established targets and objectives
Advanced proficiency in negotiation techniques and strategies
Ability to proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with internal functions, field service teams, and financial counterparts
Highly advanced verbal communication skills for leading sales meetings, delivering presentations, and negotiating with key stakeholders and major accounts
Documented ability to write comprehensive sales proposals, contracts, and business plans
Mentorship and coaching experience for junior and mid-level team members
Experience collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to develop messaging and materials
Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
Willingness to travel approximately 75%
