💰 $75,000 - $130,000 per year
About the role
- 100% new business sales role focused on growing RLL®’s presence
- Drive new business sales and cultivate key multifamily relationships
- Sell directly to appropriate key multifamily decision makers, including C-suite leaders
- Cultivate insurance partner relationships to position RLL as a solution for their clients
- Travel to trade shows, customer visits, and other events to expand market reach
- Report directly to the Director of Sales
- Obtain an insurance license shortly after onboarding (support provided)
Requirements
- 3+ years of new business development and/or consultative sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; or proven sales experience
- Ability to sell consultatively, think strategically, and connect with people
- Comfortable meeting new people and building trust
- Fun, personable, and approachable
- Natural problem-solver and strategist
- Smart, hardworking, and motivated
- Empathetic, with the ability to understand customer challenges
- Obtain an insurance license shortly after onboarding (support provided)
