Program Manager

• Own the PR programs. Own PR end-to-end — media-director relationships, free-media outlets, pitching, source interviews, and reach/list-access growth; build and tend press, podcast, and media relationships by phone and in person; pitch stories and secure placements and guest spots in interviews, articles, and podcasts; field inbound press inquiries; monitor brand mentions and reputation.
• Run the book and credibility programs. Coordinate book publishing end-to-end — edits, endorsements, press kit, print, distribution; assemble and coordinate written and video book reviews; lead production of testimonial, interview, and review video, pulling the video pod.
• Build partnerships, advisors, and community. Build and maintain advisor relationships and the program components around them — workshops, e-course, advisor-CRM stewardship, workshops, workbooks, book shipments, Thrive Groups, meet-and-greets, advisor conferences; build referral and strategic partnerships; grow the meetup and community presence; maintain the map of key external relationships and their owners.
• Own your part of conferences, sponsorships, and speaking. Recommend which conferences and sponsorships are worth attending (the EVP decides with you); attend and represent the brand on the ground; extract maximum value from each sponsorship — logo, booth, attendee list, inclusions; secure and prepare speaking slots and panels; own how leads are captured and followed up from each event or program, think about final results and work backward from there.
• Run the radio and podcast programs. Develop the radio and podcast program content with help from others including the Fund 17 and Thriving Families stakeholders and manage earned-media campaigns into relationships that benefit us.
• Source pod talent. Source and vet additional pod talent (e.g., a videographer, an assistant, an influencer, a writer) when needed; the EVP approves spend.

Public Relations – Program Manager

• Manage the complete pre-construction estimating process, including:
• Review architectural and structural drawings for residential and commercial masonry projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using ZiZi Takeoff or comparable software.
• Export takeoff quantities into Excel and prepare detailed cost estimates.

Senior Construction Estimator – Stone Masonry, Brick, Concrete

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and government construction projects.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings to develop accurate estimates.
• Identify missing information and document assumptions when plans are incomplete.
• Prepare bids for projects ranging from $500K–$5.5M.
• Coordinate with senior estimators to refine pricing and methodology.
• Utilize estimating software and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Support fast-paced bid submissions while maintaining accuracy.

Executive Assistant

• Provide direct administrative support to the Business Owner, including calendar management, meeting coordination, email organization, and daily task prioritization.
• Support the Estimator by organizing bid documentation, tracking bid deadlines, preparing proposal packages, and ensuring all required information is collected before submissions.
• Manage CRM records, maintain organized digital files, and perform accurate data entry and document control.
• Assist with invoice tracking, purchase orders, and general administrative tasks that support day-to-day business operations.

• Own the ESP and the email/SMS engine. Own ActiveCampaign end-to-end — lists, segments, automations, builds, CRM tagging, webhooks, and sends; own subscription lists, imports, and segmentation; run the SMS/text campaigns.
• Build the nurture and lifecycle automation. Build drip and nurture sequences (e.g., the post-capital investor sequence); document which tags fire which sequences so the logic is legible and maintainable; build webinar and event registration and confirmation flows in Zoom, Calendly, and new tools as they come online.
• Protect deliverability. Own domain authentication, DNS and seed-email setup, and inbox warmups (Inbox Ally), across several domains, so the brand earns and keeps inbox placement. This is the foundation everything else rests on: large email open rates exceeding 35% opens.
• Capture and route every lead. Edit and test the NFC digital-card / lead-capture system before each event; make sure capture-form consent options and checkboxes are present and correct; route captured event leads into the CRM and the right sequences; review new leads daily and trigger timely follow-up; confirm territories and define which lead goes to which rep and sequence for the Developer to build.
