• Lead demand generation strategy and performance across VSB inbound, Key Account ABM, lifecycle, CRO, cross-sell, attribution, and reporting
• Design full-funnel campaign frameworks that connect paid, content, email, events, lifecycle, and ABM/ABX into coordinated plays mapped to segment, funnel stage, and revenue target
• Design and operate multi-agent campaign stacks that orchestrate execution across channels, with agents handling research, audience selection, asset variants, sequencing, and in-flight optimization through a campaign's lifecycle
• Develop a multi-agent ABM stack for Key Accounts that coordinates account research, fit and intent signal monitoring, enrichment, account prioritization, sequencing input for sales, and CRM hygiene
• Stand up attribution and reporting workflows that deliver weekly full-funnel reporting, channel and campaign ROI, conversion by stage, and pacing against pipeline targets

Director of Demand Generation

Account Manager

• Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing business with existing and new Key Account clients.

Account Executive, MM

Customer Success Manager

• Coordinate and support operational readiness efforts for product releases, client education initiatives, and strategic cross-functional projects.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Support, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on communication, training, and client enablement efforts.
• Lead internal and client-facing enablement activities, including live trainings, webinars, release walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, and supporting educational materials.
• Own and evolve release communication and enablement processes, helping translate complex product updates into clear, actionable messaging for both internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate beta and early access initiatives, including participant communication, feedback collection, and operational follow-through.
• Identify operational gaps, friction points, and process improvement opportunities related to release readiness, adoption, and client experience workflows.

Senior Client Experience Specialist

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AgencyBloc's solutions.
• In concert with Customer Success, conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Support, Product) to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and client success metrics.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Hubspot.

Data Engineer

• Conduct requirements gathering with our clients to identify what data needs to be imported into AgencyBloc, including file attachments.
• In collaboration with the Implementation Manager, establish project timelines and tasks.
• Perform source system data analysis in order to develop source to AgencyBloc data mapping.
• Perform data cleaning, validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct data migration and testing to ensure all client data is correctly mapped to their AgencyBloc account.
• In collaboration with the Implementation Manager, respond to client feedback, making any updates to the data mapping necessary.
• Develop and maintain process and source system documentation.
• Mentor and train team members, contractors, and clients as necessary.
• Direct and support data migration contractors as necessary.

Senior Data Migration Specialist

DevOps Engineer

• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure components across environments in alignment with established architectural standards.
• Apply existing patterns and best practices for infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform services to assigned work.
• Build and support environments, including compute, networking, storage, and security configurations under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Develop and update Infrastructure-as-Code modules using approved tools and reusable patterns.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, building trusted advisor relationships that support retention, expansion, and recurring services revenue.
• Conduct regular cadence calls, business reviews, and health checks to assess client satisfaction, platform adoption, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities aligned with Professional Services offerings.
• Develop and maintain client success plans that outline key milestones, usage goals, and scheduled professional services engagements built into subscription agreements.
• Proactively identify client needs and recommend additional services, configurations, or integrations to maximize platform ROI and expand the scope of contracted services.
• Provide expert-level guidance on platform configuration, workflows, and best practices tailored to each client’s insurance business model.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client environments, data flows, and integration requirements, translating those needs into actionable solutions.
