Customer Support

• Serve as a product expert on AgencyBloc’s suite of products, understanding how it impacts clients’ businesses and providing clear guidance.
• Enhance client relationships by delivering engaging, solution-oriented support in every interaction.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and conduct brief training sessions via web meetings, phone calls, live chat, video and email.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their concerns are addressed and collaborating with internal teams when needed.
• Proactively help clients overcome barriers to adoption and ensure they fully utilize the product’s features.
• Meet or exceed department metrics, including goals for client satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Offer feedback and insights on processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings and bi-weekly 1-on-1s with your Manager & the Director of Customer Support to stay aligned with goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Client Support Specialist

Data Engineer

• Define and own the data architecture strategy across all environments, platforms, and data domains.
• Establish and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for data ingestion, storage, modeling, and consumption.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient data architectures on AWS, including data lake, lakehouse, warehouse, and serving layers.
• Define and champion a Medallion (bronze/silver/gold) architecture, establishing standards for raw, refined, and curated data layers and the promotion patterns between them.
• Lead the platform direction of AgencyBloc's cloud data warehouse/lakehouse, defining how each is used, where workloads run, and how cost and performance are managed.
• Establish data modeling standards (dimensional, Data Vault, and other patterns) that balance flexibility, performance, and maintainability.
• Define standards for batch and streaming pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, orchestration, and reuse patterns across teams.
• Lead tool and platform selection decisions (warehouse/lakehouse, ingestion, transformation, orchestration, catalog, BI), ensuring alignment with long-term strategy.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on complex or high-impact data initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align data capabilities with product and business priorities.
• Define and own the data governance strategy, including data cataloging, lineage, classification, and ownership models.
• Establish data quality standards and frameworks, including validation, monitoring, and remediation practices.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce secure-by-design principles for sensitive and regulated data, including access controls, encryption, masking, and PII handling (SOC 2 and relevant standards).
• Define data retention, archival, and lifecycle management standards.
• Partner with the DevOps Architect to define data pipeline observability standards, including monitoring, alerting, and SLAs/SLOs for freshness, completeness, and reliability, ensuring alerts surface high-quality, actionable signals tied to business impact with minimal noise.
• Establish practices for cost monitoring and optimization across data platforms.
• Drive standardization and reduction of tool and pattern fragmentation across data teams.
• Mentor data engineers and senior data engineers, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance.
• Define the organization's approach to enabling AI and ML workloads on the data platform, including feature data, governance, and adoption strategy.
• Establish patterns for delivering trusted, well-governed data to AI/ML and analytics use cases.
• Evaluate emerging data and AI capabilities and incorporate them into the platform roadmap where they provide measurable value.

Data Architect

Business Operations

• Establish and head the new Data and Business Operations organization
• Translate high-level corporate strategy into tangible business value through aggressive workflow re-engineering
• Drive Hands-On Development: Define the operational blueprint, data readiness standards, and execution roadmap for AI adoption across all core business functions.
• Oversee the convergence of internal data silos to define business data requirements, data quality expectations, and operational priorities for enterprise reporting and analytics
• Manage the overall portfolio of internal AI operationalization projects, driving cross-departmental buy-in and establishing clear governance

Vice President, Data and Business Operations

Product Marketing

• Own product marketing strategy and performance across launches, positioning, competitive intelligence, research, customer marketing, and partner marketing
• Lead product launches across the organization, driving strategy, audience definition, value story, GTM handoff, and post-launch performance.
• Apply AI and agentic workflows across product marketing execution to scale message testing, launch assets, competitive monitoring, enablement content, and research synthesis
• Develop competitive and win/loss intelligence, and translate it into sharper positioning, prioritization, and sales strategy
• Partner with Sales and BDR leadership on sales narratives, enablement, and field-ready messaging to win priority opportunities
• Lead release engagement and communications segmentation, tailoring release and lifecycle messaging by audience, account tier, and product
• Own customer marketing, driving the adoption and lifecycle engagement that strengthens our base
• Own partner marketing through strategic co-marketing programs, joint campaigns, and channel activation
• Establish repeatable PMM frameworks, templates, and operating standards that raise commercialization quality and launch readiness

Director of Product Marketing

Performance Marketing

• Lead demand generation strategy and performance across VSB inbound, Key Account ABM, lifecycle, CRO, cross-sell, attribution, and reporting
• Design full-funnel campaign frameworks that connect paid, content, email, events, lifecycle, and ABM/ABX into coordinated plays mapped to segment, funnel stage, and revenue target
• Design and operate multi-agent campaign stacks that orchestrate execution across channels, with agents handling research, audience selection, asset variants, sequencing, and in-flight optimization through a campaign's lifecycle
• Develop a multi-agent ABM stack for Key Accounts that coordinates account research, fit and intent signal monitoring, enrichment, account prioritization, sequencing input for sales, and CRM hygiene
• Stand up attribution and reporting workflows that deliver weekly full-funnel reporting, channel and campaign ROI, conversion by stage, and pacing against pipeline targets
• Run continuous CRO experiments across forms, pages, flows, and conversion paths, measured against pipeline
• Define audience segmentation, buying committee strategies, and conversion paths by funnel stage, account tier, and intent
• Translate funnel performance into executive-ready recommendations and decisions
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Web, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement to align demand programs with GTM priorities and positioning

Director of Demand Generation

Account Manager

• Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing business with existing and new Key Account clients.
• Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate New Logos and grow relationships with existing Key Accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from targeted outbound prospecting through close and successful handoff to Customer Success.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and personas—from executives to operational users—to build consensus and business case alignment.

Account Executive

• Identify, source, and close prospects who have a Business Problem we can solve with our technology
• Produce new revenue in our Mid Market Business segment
• Perform outbound prospecting activity (40-50 calls per day) to generate, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Handle all aspects of the sales effort from prospecting to handoff

Account Executive, MM

Customer Success Manager

• Coordinate and support operational readiness efforts for product releases, client education initiatives, and strategic cross-functional projects.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Support, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on communication, training, and client enablement efforts.
• Lead internal and client-facing enablement activities, including live trainings, webinars, release walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, and supporting educational materials.
• Own and evolve release communication and enablement processes, helping translate complex product updates into clear, actionable messaging for both internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate beta and early access initiatives, including participant communication, feedback collection, and operational follow-through.
• Identify operational gaps, friction points, and process improvement opportunities related to release readiness, adoption, and client experience workflows.
• Maintain and improve client-facing educational resources, including Knowledge Base content, Academy materials, in-app guidance, and contextual help systems.
• Support the execution of in-app messaging and digital enablement initiatives using platforms such as Pendo and ChurnZero to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Analyze training effectiveness, client feedback, and adoption trends to recommend improvements to enablement strategies and operational processes.
• Build scalable and repeatable processes that improve alignment, consistency, and execution across teams.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve workflows, content development, and operational efficiency.
• Support strategic initiatives, team planning efforts, and cross-departmental operational priorities.
