About the role

  • Adopt a “Safety First” mindset and comply with all required H&S standards
  • Drive distribution of AG Barr Focus lines ensuring stores stock “must stock” lines and showcase new product development
  • Embed energy portfolio and Focus 5 Brands; drive rate of sale and distribution on key energy and 500ml packs regardless of Route To Market
  • Deliver sales KPIs including market share growth, scorecard improvement, new accounts opened, display, POS placement and availability
  • Activate Brand Plan/In-Store Activation; sell and communicate brand plans locally and educate retailers to achieve KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong retailer relationships and work cross-functionally to support tactical activity drives
  • Demonstrate market share growth in defined territory through scorecard improvement
  • Present brands via prepared presentations and secure purchase commitments; support remerchandising where necessary
  • Complete required admin such as order sheets and call reports
  • Build brand awareness through excellent execution at point of purchase
  • Improve distribution of key brands in line with company marketing plan

Requirements

  • Full driving licence essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and good personal leadership
  • Self motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
  • A good standard of presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate internally using account performance data and demonstrate strong in-store execution
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexibility to attend monthly team meetings that may require overnights
