About the role
- Conceptualize and design cohesive experiences across SevenRooms’ in-store software for global hospitality operators
- Create end-to-end user flows minimizing friction for restaurant operators
- Design high-fidelity interfaces and reusable design patterns specific to SevenRooms’ consumer-facing products
- Lead discovery research and usability tests to identify users’ needs and pain points
- Collaborate with the In-Store Product Team and product management to align on outcomes and guest experience innovations
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience at a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company with experience designing successful consumer-facing product features end-to-end
- Ability to translate user needs into highly functional designs with visual detail, layout, hierarchy, typography, and animation
- Curiosity to dig several layers deep into solutions with continuous improvement, plus openness to testing new approaches
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals and ability to communicate with engineers to ensure designs are correctly implemented
