About the role
- Sell regional & store-level client leadership on product benefits to drive engagement and in-store execution to meet/exceed credit goals
- Maintain relationships through timely communication, attend market/store meetings, develop in-store product execution strategies and action plans
- Ensure regional strategies are implemented in stores; enhance in-store marketing programs and conduct ongoing training
- Audit signage and point-of-sale materials for compliance and communicate issues
- Support Client Program Manager and client team initiatives; compile and present program results
- Manage travel and marketing budgets; attend/support store opening and relocation events
- Develop and maintain external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels
- Develop annual marketing plans for stores; perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma/GED plus 5+ years’ experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel 75% of the time, including overnights
- You must be 18 years or older
- Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and fingerprints
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
