About the role
- Actively engage in outbound and inbound prospecting to build pipeline
- Respond to inbound inquiries and leads with timely follow-up and relevant messaging
- Outbound engagement with accounts and contacts within ICP using phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Think creatively to capture prospects’ attention and create unique buyer experiences
- Investigate target accounts thoroughly to personalize messaging and identify opportunities
- Generate qualified leads for Account Executives in mid-market and enterprise segments
- Leverage sales frameworks (Sandler, SPIN, etc.) to qualify leads and build conversations
- Develop strong partnerships with Account Executives and transition qualified leads via weekly 1x1s
- Prioritize tasks, hit outreach goals, and maintain meticulous activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach
- Solve problems independently, take initiative to learn, and adapt quickly to challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with potential customers
Requirements
- A verifiable track record of success in previous professional or personal endeavors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; active listening

- Desire for a long-term sales career (likely through an Account Executive route)

- Ability to thrive in an office setting (required to be in office three days a week)
- Experience with inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Ability to conduct deep account research and personalize messaging
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like Sandler and SPIN to qualify leads
- Experience using Salesforce and Outreach for activity tracking
