About the role
- Lead category management and sourcing strategies for printed materials across the EMEA region
- Manage sourcing plans and ensure their successful execution
- Provide category expertise to account management and business development teams
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support contract negotiations for complex sourcing needs
- Identify and implement demand-optimisation and standardisation opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ethical and procurement standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise savings and value
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver procurement and operational execution
- Report to Adam Fitzjohn
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' strategic sourcing experience, ideally within print or marketing services
- Proven track record in category management and sourcing across EMEA
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills
- Experience using sourcing tools and managing category plans
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and a drive to deliver results
- Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
- Degree in business, supply chain, or engineering preferred
