💰 $80,400 - $144,700 per year
About the role
- Support third-party enterprise systems (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
- Provide first-level support for audio/visual equipment and collaboration spaces
- Provide hardware support for computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, leadership, and associates in the Midtown Atlanta facility
- Liaise between the Service Delivery team and other IT groups including Infrastructure, Security, Database Administrators, and Application Development
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and/or Lead Network Analyst to suggest and implement innovative solutions
- Work with internal and external support organizations to resolve network and system issues
- Investigate and promptly resolve system and equipment problems while presenting an energetic, optimistic, and confident manner.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Desktop Support
- Experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 10, 11)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products required
- Mac OS experience is a plus
- Related two-year degree required (four-year degree preferred)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills specific to computer hardware, software, network, and audio/visual equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, optimistic, confident, friendly, and approachable while providing stellar customer service
- Successful track record working well in a team, staying organized, and multi-tasking effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
