Ensure accurate contract implementation, maintenance and renewals for Device and Select Product contracts.
Support Section Manager by monitoring daily activity for the Contract Admin Team and providing training and coaching.
Verify internal SOX audits and assist with external audits; provide auditors with requested spreadsheets, contracts, and system screenshots.
Work cross-functionally with Contract Marketing, Customer Care, Field Sales, and Sales Operations to implement and maintain contracts; amend contracts for product adds/deletes; extend contracts as requested.
Review contracts in Model N after entry to ensure terms and conditions are loaded correctly; update Trading Partners and send BID Awards as requested.
Export, scrub, and distribute the contract anniversary report; process anniversaries within 120 days and send updated price lists for customer notification.
Review and extend MedNet contracts prior to the last year of the term; update Model N and notify Customer Service of extensions; assist Software Billing and Accounts Receivable with software billing concerns.
Export and format US and Canada order hold reports twice daily; review orders on price holds and release once pricing is verified.
Review and process rebill requests and second-review resubmitted price adjustment requests.
Monitor and maintain Excel files for the monthly TOP 5 Order Hold report.
Monitor the Contract Mailbox hourly; assist Section Manager assigning incoming requests and routing questions appropriately.
Assist with training/mentoring new Contract Administrators and ensure job aids are current.
Participate in Model N upgrade testing and Smith Medical integration project testing as needed.
Assist Contract Compliance Analyst with quarterly/annual Device and Committed Volume Select Products compliance statements and provide updated statements to Field and Customer.
Maintain contract log of all contracts/LOAs/POs signed by customers and track corrections and status; assist Section Manager with follow-up.
Handle customer deactivations and assist Data Governance to determine contract re-establishment in Model N.
Requirements
Individual should have a general understanding and previous experience of end-to-end commercial contracting operations management.
Individual should possess the ability to plan, organize and manage a variable workload and meet deadlines with accurate results.
Works independently and takes initiative for extended periods of time requiring minimal supervision.
Interact with multiple levels of management to resolve contract pricing or membership issues.
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) is required. Ability to manipulate data using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of related business experience required.
