About the role
- Ensure compliance with applicable Federal (FMCSA, DOT); State regulations and Company policies
- Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, pre and post employment processes
- Provide guidance and policy interpretation
- Complete complex transactions, identifying, analyzing and resolving critical issues with the highest level of accuracy, accountability and reliability
- Work in a fast paced environment using multiple applications in the management and monitoring of various program transactions
Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) years or more in functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER / LR, etc.) required
- Two (2) years or more relevant work experience (i.e. processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes, etc.) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required
