About the role

  • Ensure compliance with applicable Federal (FMCSA, DOT); State regulations and Company policies
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, pre and post employment processes
  • Provide guidance and policy interpretation
  • Complete complex transactions, identifying, analyzing and resolving critical issues with the highest level of accuracy, accountability and reliability
  • Work in a fast paced environment using multiple applications in the management and monitoring of various program transactions

Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two (2) years or more in functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER / LR, etc.) required
  • Two (2) years or more relevant work experience (i.e. processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes, etc.) required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required
