About the role
- In-house marketing, promotion and sale of cosmetic products
- Learn and communicate detailed history of the products/companies to customers
- Use creativity to set up and design necessary displays within specified locations
- Considerable point of sale interaction with customers to positively impact sales volume
- Maintain cosmetic line merchandising concepts and standards of cleanliness and organization
- Participate in day-to-day business, animation, in-store events, meetings and training
- Attract new clients and create high-touch experiences
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year make up sales or make-up artist experience preferred
- High energy person comfortable approaching and speaking with store customers
- Enjoyment in persuading people in a positive way
- Strong selling skills
- Goal oriented
- Fun and outgoing personality
- Ability to do basic beauty make-up
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for long periods as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
