North Airline Animal Hospital is now hiring for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
The CSR at North Airline Animal Hospital is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting our hospital, and as such represents the professional image of this hospital to our trusted and valued clients. Each and every, day we strive to exceed expectations and sweep each of our new and old clients off their feet with our fantastic customer service and individualized veterinary care. Our goal is to provide the best possible veterinary care while focusing on our client/patient relationships.
Provide friendly, quality customer service to patients and clients
Process invoices
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
