About the role
- Develop and deploy a cross-channel business plan for the assigned Category/Brand, coordinating with Sales Planning Director and 3D Planning team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan
- Coach, develop, empower team members; build capabilities for growth
- Own cross-channel Business Plan; advocate for customers
- Recommend integrated customer plan and support business plan release for Category/Brand
- Deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of CPG experience (Clorox internal Sales Planning or equivalent; external Field/Customer experience beneficial)
- Strong Category knowledge
- Consultative/Solution selling
- Category Business Planning and Insights (Diamond Planning process)
- Understanding of key Clorox process
- Willingness to work in Clorox Hub locations; if within 50 miles, in-office 3x per week
