About the role

  • Develop and deploy a cross-channel business plan for the assigned Category/Brand, coordinating with Sales Planning Director and 3D Planning team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan
  • Coach, develop, empower team members; build capabilities for growth
  • Own cross-channel Business Plan; advocate for customers
  • Recommend integrated customer plan and support business plan release for Category/Brand
  • Deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CPG experience (Clorox internal Sales Planning or equivalent; external Field/Customer experience beneficial)
  • Strong Category knowledge
  • Consultative/Solution selling
  • Category Business Planning and Insights (Diamond Planning process)
  • Understanding of key Clorox process
  • Willingness to work in Clorox Hub locations; if within 50 miles, in-office 3x per week
