About the role
- Own and drive Aclima’s revenue capture across public sector, utilities, and adjacent verticals
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Shorten long-cycle sales leveraging relationships and procurement understanding
- Forecast, manage, and report on pipeline health
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales team
- Implement sales tools, methodologies, and performance metrics
- Identify and evaluate new market segments and partnership opportunities
- Represent Aclima at key events as a credible ambassador
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong network and deep sales expertise
- Well-versed in climate, cleantech, or adjacent sectors
- Experience selling data-driven solutions in regulated environments
- Existing relationships with regulators, utilities, environmental justice organizations, or infrastructure companies
