💰 £60,000 - £75,000 per year
About the role
- Lead cross-functional projects across Commercial, Data, and Operations teams to integrate systems and enrich data
- Automate and improve internal processes, including engaging with customers based on usage insights
- Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure high client retention and a seamless renewal process
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and fix sales funnel bottlenecks to accelerate growth into new markets
- Analyse commercial and product data to provide reporting to senior stakeholders and team members
- Support commercial team leads with target setting and forecasting for their functions
- Shape the core communication infrastructure used across the NHS and lead high-complexity initiatives
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen
- Self-starter with a proven track record of leading large-scale change management projects
- Stakeholder management & influence: ability to inspire and align diverse teams and stakeholders
- Project management: able to autonomously scope, lead, and deliver large-scale projects, managing multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Structured problem solving & data analysis: use data to drive insights and inform decisions
- Attention to detail and high degree of precision in deliverables
- Collaboration: promote and foster a collaborative environment, prioritising team success
- Experience with change management, stakeholder influence, and data analytics
- Successful candidates will be asked to complete a Basic DBS check and other pre-employment checks (referencing & right to work)
