About the role
- Turn commercial strategy into action and serve as right hand to the Chief Commercial Officer
- Consolidate and lead all revenue and operational analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Build or oversee dashboards, models, and frameworks to create a single source of truth and enable predictive analytics
- Own commercial strategy development: annual planning, quarterly priorities, and OKR frameworks
- Partner with Head of Sales and GM of North America to optimize GTM strategy, sales process, and territory planning
- Work with country leaders in APAC, EU, and UK to localize strategy and provide strategic support
- Serve as connective tissue between commercial, finance, product, operations, and marketing
- Lead or delegate mission-critical cross-functional projects; establish scope, timelines, and accountability
- Track progress against key initiatives, resolve blockers, and measure business outcomes
Requirements
- 8–12 years in strategy, consulting, commercial operations, or analytical leadership
- Experience leading multi-functional projects and/or managing cross-functional commercial teams
- Proven ability to operate at both 30,000 feet and in the weeds
- Strong communication and executive presence; able to translate data into clear narratives
- Advanced analytical toolkit: Excel modeling, dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI); SQL a plus
- Bias for action, high EQ, and strong organizational judgment
- Global experience or cross-cultural business exposure strongly preferred; experience working across countries and continents
- Comfortable using AI tools and LLMs for analysis and exploration
