Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI
Manage and analyze multi-market campaigns, tailoring strategies to different regions and audience behaviors
Monitor performance, generate insights, and implement strategies to continuously improve CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
Leverage tracking and analytical tools to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels to maximize performance
Implement and utilize various tracking tools to ensure campaigns are properly monitored, measured, and optimized
Provide detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations across markets
Potential to evolve into Performance Marketer after 6+ months with ownership of 3+ countries, end-to-end planning, execution, reporting and optimizations
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Advertising
Excellent communication skills in English, with experience working in cross-functional, international teams
Deep understanding of major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, DSPs, and others
Proven success in lead generation campaigns and achieving measurable KPIs across multiple markets
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics
Analytical mindset with advanced skills in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools such as GTM, GA4, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience/Knowledge of the educational industry and target markets is a strong plus
