About the role

Define strategy and manage a portfolio of products and enhancements within the Digital Storefront
Enhance/create customer experiences across mobile, web, and in-vehicle to enable discovery, shopping, and management of vehicle upgrades
Coordinate teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill product vision
Own strategy for product area, defining vision, goals, and investments
Develop new product pitches and translate requirements into high-quality product roadmaps
Manage diverse roadmap and make multi-year tradeoff decisions
Analyze data and perform sophisticated analytical exercises
Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of internal processes to increase throughput
Manage weekly and monthly product/business reporting
Operate both strategically and tactically, delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of product management experience
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals
Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations
MBA or equivalent (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills in a matrixed environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership
Excellent business judgment and ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
Self-starter who is customer obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player
