About the role
- Own delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars in incentive spend and optimize incentive programs for ROI while protecting user experience
- Design, implement, and iterate on machine learning models to improve effectiveness and efficiency of incentive programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, machine learning, and marketing teams to develop and refine incentive strategies
- Continuously experiment with and analyze incentive offers (discounts, credits, promotions) to maximize metrics like incremental Gross Transaction Value (iGTV) and Return on Ad Spend (iROAS)
- Take full ownership of incentive efficiency projects to drive metric improvements while maintaining or reducing budget
- Drive lifecycle growth: help new users form habits, encourage existing users to try new use cases and highlight valuable features
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly on complex, large-scale challenges
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for leveraging machine learning to optimize incentive programs, including setting clear goals and KPIs
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including ability to define and unpack multiple inter-related metrics and communicate outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to take full ownership of projects, drive significant increases in key metrics while maintaining or reducing budget, and deliver projects on time and within scope
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, with quick iteration and continuous learning
- Preferred: Direct experience driving results with machine learning partners
