Account Executive

• Hunter Enterprise Sales Representative role driving new B2B business
• Seek new opportunities via outbound and inbound sales activities
• Develop and maintain the sales pipeline and move prospects along the sales cycle
• Close deals and collaborate with onboarding and account management teams to ensure positive customer experience

Sales Representative

• Represent our company’s products and services and conduct consumer research to match solutions to needs
• Generate leads, nurture warm prospects, and find new potential sales outlets
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and close deals in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed monthly quota/goals and report weekly/monthly results to sales manager
• Qualify inbound leads and prepay website customers for upsell opportunities

• Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling, email sequences, and networking within your territory
• Continuous learning about competition and industry trends; compile and analyze data to identify trends and refine lead generation playbook

• Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets

Account Manager

• Assist with building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships
• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
• Help resolve issues as they arise and keep track of all processes that pertain to the clients' desires
• Delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Act as the client’s representative in to ensure that their needs are fulfilled
• Develop and maintain key relationships across accounts
• Strive to maintain and increase overall customer satisfaction based on their business needs
• Meet established goals for sales with current and new customers
• Act as liaison between the customer and internal teams

Recruitment

• Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, or on-site) with candidates and interview panels.
• Communicate interview details to candidates, including logistics, directions, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment databases.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions to job boards and internal platforms.
• Prepare offer letters and employment agreements as directed by recruiters or hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates regarding their application status.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Assist with background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment screenings.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed for leadership reviews.
