Administer Tableau Online, including managing user accounts, permissions, access, and security controls.
Maintain internal control standards, uphold data governance, and ensure secure reporting access.
Design, build, test, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau and/or Salesforce to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with end-users and business stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into clear dashboard deliverables.
Create ad hoc reports and self-service dashboards to reduce recurring manual reporting requests.
Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in dashboards and reports.
Prepare and maintain documentation—including data flows, design specifications, report logic, and operational procedures.
Provide support for Tableau users, troubleshoot dashboard issues, and execute revisions as needed.
Assist or lead training sessions to enable business users to leverage Tableau for self-service analysis.
Define and apply best practices, standards, and templates for dataset design, dashboard development, and overall reporting consistency.
Research and integrate industry best practices in visualization, performance optimization, and report scalability.
Support in the cleaning of data files and uploads into Pardot, a marketing platform.
Perform junior level Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, data cleaning, and ad-hoc report request.
Requirements
A minimum of one (1) year of Tableau system administration
Three (3) years of Tableau system administration preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
Strong data management abilities with an understanding of data governance
Must be able to build and maintain a positive relationship with internal users
Must be able to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
Experience with DemandTools, Salesforce and/or Pardot is a plus
