Assist Product Manager in developing and maintaining the digital product roadmap and backlog for ford.com, including detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in coordination and rollout of new digital experiences across IMG markets; facilitate communication with global/regional marketing and IT; manage deployment schedules and post-launch monitoring.
Analyse web analytics, user behaviour, and A/B test results to derive insights for digital 'buy' journeys; conduct competitive benchmarking and identify digital trends.
Support initiatives to improve funnel KPIs (conversion, engagement, online sales completion) and collaborate with performance marketing and digital operations.
Serve as a key project contact for cross-geographical coordination, maintain project documentation, track tasks, and manage timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in digital product support, digital marketing, publishing, project management, or data analysis within a digital context.
Proven experience in supporting the execution of digital projects or product rollouts.
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in interpreting web analytics data to derive insights.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with experience working across multiple geographies/time zones.
Familiarity with digital 'buy' experiences, e-commerce platforms, or transactional websites.
Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry or with large, global consumer-facing websites.
Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Preferred: Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
Tool proficiency: Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
Tool proficiency: Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely) and CRO concepts.
