• Lead Management: Own inbound/outbound lead flow for U.S. Federal and DoD; respond, qualify (Requirement • Funding • Acquisition Path • Timeline • Stakeholders), and route to sales.
• Outreach & Campaigns: Execute targeted outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and digital outreach to uncover prospect needs, funding, and purchasing timelines.
• Opportunity Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess fit with 908 Devices’ portfolio (MX908, VipIR, XplorIR, ProtectIR, etc.) and move prospects from awareness to qualified.
• Pipeline & Capture Support: Maintain clean Salesforce data; surface relevant RFIs/RFQs (SAM.gov, agency portals); align activities with contract-vehicle partners (GSA, DLA, IDIQs, BPAs).
• Events & Engagement: Rapidly follow up on webinar and conference leads, converting interest into scheduled demos, evaluations, or briefings.

Inside Sales Representative – US Federal Government, DoD

Product Specialist

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HPMS related technology platforms.
• Initiate and execute upon large development opportunities (LDOs), as aligned within government team strategies and goals.
• Performance will be measured by revenue generation, building client relationships, and sourcing new business opportunities.
• Target key account customers to present value propositions of HPMS technology.
• Capable of understanding and developing equipment requirements for complex detection systems.
• Capable of articulating system value to the end user, and operational components, and senior leadership level decision makers.
• Build and maintain high level relationships with senior end user leadership to discuss and review their requirement needs and capability gap issues.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key LDO stakeholders to ensure the best possible end user satisfaction and continued technology adoption.
• Responsible for developing key channel partner strategies to provide easier, more efficient ways for US Government agencies to procure 908 Devices products and services.

• Develop and execute the international sales strategy across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, aligning regional efforts to global objectives while adapting to local market requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable regional leaders in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC; ensure resource alignment and collaborative execution across diverse geographies.
• By serving as both a coach and player, lead by example in complex sales cycles, engaging directly with strategic opportunities, negotiating with senior decision-makers, and enabling regional teams to execute with excellence.
• Drive international sales performance to meet quarterly and annual booking targets; ensure pipeline health and forecasting accuracy across all regions.

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Administer Tableau Online, including managing user accounts, permissions, access, and security controls.
• Maintain internal control standards, uphold data governance, and ensure secure reporting access.
• Design, build, test, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau and/or Salesforce to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with end-users and business stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into clear dashboard deliverables.
• Create ad hoc reports and self-service dashboards to reduce recurring manual reporting requests.
• Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in dashboards and reports.
