• The Director, Business Development and Key Account Partnerships is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for developing business opportunities, partnerships and programs across the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) analytical testing markets.
• Enhance global sales opportunities and develop relationships to integrate sensing technologies into public safety, security, and defense solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic collaborations with system integrators, OEM partners, robotics companies, advanced technology providers, and government agencies.
• Strive to increase sales and key accounts globally, enabling mass spectrometry and optical spectroscopy technologies in critical detection systems.

• Architect, build, and launch the 908 Devices Salesforce Experience Cloud partner portal.
• Design and maintain portal pages, layouts, navigation, and branding using Experience Builder.
• Configure and manage partner user profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
• Build and maintain Flows, approval processes, and automation to streamline partner workflows within the portal.
• Work with internal stakeholders to publish portal content including resources and sales enablement materials.

Learning and Development

• Deliver training (online/remote and in-person, end-user and instructor-level)
• Develop training content (instructional design, curriculum development)
• Support pre-sales activities (demonstrations, customer orientation for trials and evaluations)
• Interface with law enforcement customers on applications, use cases, and operational needs
• Prepare operations plans and file field reports for training projects
• Coordinate with the broader Customer Experience and Field Forensics teams on customer feedback and product performance
