About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, build, and launch the 908 Devices Salesforce Experience Cloud partner portal.
Design and maintain portal pages, layouts, navigation, and branding using Experience Builder.
Configure and manage partner user profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
Build and maintain Flows, approval processes, and automation to streamline partner workflows within the portal.
Work with internal stakeholders to publish portal content including resources and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Proven experience designing, building, or managing a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal (partner portal, customer community, or similar).
Strong command of Experience Builder, user management, sharing and visibility settings, and Salesforce Flow.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with external partners and internal executives alike.
