Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and document them comprehensively.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive benchmarking for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments; provide insights into market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
Evaluate existing workflows and business processes within real estate operations and recommend optimization strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Collaborate with finance teams to create models that support project valuation, ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability studies for real estate investments.
Partner with product, technology, and data teams to support implementation of tools, dashboards, and digital platforms that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Liaise with internal teams (finance, operations, technology, legal, and sales) and external stakeholders (brokers, developers, and investors) to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
Prepare clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and reports for senior management; deliver structured presentations and updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Ensure business processes and project deliverables comply with real estate industry regulations, policies, and local market practices.
Requirements
Min Experience: 3 years
3–9 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2–3 years in the real estate sector (residential, commercial, property management, or investment analysis).
Strong understanding of real estate operations, investment life cycle, and market dynamics.
Excellent skills in business analysis methodologies, requirements elicitation, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to work on complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with financial modeling, property valuation techniques, and ROI assessment in real estate.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
