About the role
- Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure the successful translation of business requirements into technical specifications
- Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and methodologies
- Support the development and implementation of technology solutions
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
- Experience in Agile and Scrum with strong documentation skills
- Hands-on experience in preparing User documentation, Manuals, Release notes, and SOPs
- Good understanding of SDLC process and database concepts
- Proficiency in JIRA, Azure, and DevOps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
