About the role
- Execute sophisticated, multi-channel outreach strategies focused on re-engaging warm leads to generate high-quality pipeline
- Conduct in-depth qualification referencing past interactions to ensure prospects align with ideal customer profile
- Mentor and guide other SDRs, sharing best practices and offering feedback
- Identify and lead projects to improve warm lead nurturing process and develop/refine playbooks
- Assist Account Executives with follow-up and provide insights to accelerate sales cycle
- Analyze campaign performance and outreach data to identify trends and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role
- Proven and documented track record of exceeding quota, specifically in roles focused on nurturing and re-engaging warm leads
- Experience in the real estate or SaaS industry is required
- Exceptional and persuasive communication skills in English (C1, C2, or Native level required)
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach)
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient mindset
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage individual and team priorities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
