About the role
- Execute and schedule 3–4 social media posts/week (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Publish 4 blogs/month on Squarespace
- Set up and send 2 newsletters/month in Flodesk (moving toward weekly)
- Ensure all copy is written in UK-English tone consistent with brand voice
- Create on-brand Canva creatives for social, blogs, lead magnets, and pitch decks
- Publish 1 podcast/month (Buzzsprout)
- Edit and post short-form videos for social (Vimeo)
- Conduct monthly SEO audits (SiteGuru, GA4, Microsoft Clarity) and implement fixes
- Create and deliver lead magnets via Flodesk automations
- Support cold outreach campaigns using Apollo, SmartLead, and MeetAlfred (setup and execution)
- Route responses, update subscriber lists, and maintain CRM hygiene
- Provide basic operational assistance (e.g., Calendly setup, data exports, reports)
- Own and manage the content calendar in Monday.com (plan posts, polls, carousels, promos)
- Render all services remotely and align work with agreed client scopes, SOPs, and timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing execution experience
- Strong UK-English copywriting and editing skills
- Reliable in maintaining consistent marketing cadence
- Proficient in Canva (social posts, decks, lead magnets)
- Skilled in Squarespace formatting for blogs
- Experience with Flodesk newsletters
- Basic podcast audio editing and short-form video editing
- Working knowledge of SEO audits and on-page fixes
- Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, SmartLead, MeetAlfred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and checklist-driven
- Familiar with secure data practices (password managers, 2FA, GDPR compliance)
- Ability to follow client-supplied SOPs, timelines, and service expectations
- Availability Monday–Friday during UK business hours (client-aligned schedule)
