About the role
- Primary operational partner to Account Executive and Account Management teams; orchestrate outbound-focused campaigns.
- Increase rep productivity by +5% through outbound pipeline generation.
- Design and launch new outbound campaigns using Apollo tool.
- Implement and test Apollo’s AI features in campaigns.
- Maintain campaign documentation, roadmaps, and calendars.
- Set goals, drive acceleration, and troubleshoot performance shortfalls.
- Inspect and ensure accountability to playbooks and activity adherence.
- Manage data accuracy through reviews and audits.
- Liaise with Sales leaders to build strategies and provide data support for whitespacing, champion mapping, leadership outreach, and account penetration.
- Ensure alignment on execution and account planning workflows.
- Configure new users with appropriate domains and manage large-scale outbound campaign requests.
- Collaborate with Corporate Engineering, external deliverability consultants, and Marketing to ensure deliverability best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Account Executives and/or Account Management teams.
- Strong background in outbound campaign design, reporting, and process adherence.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-led, high-growth SaaS companies.
- Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and operational problem solving.
- Proactive, data-driven operations professional mindset.
