About the role

  • Review maintenance receipts and credit card transactions for accuracy
  • Bill out maintenance costs to property owners by entering and reconciling data in RentManager or similar accounting software
  • Maintain organized financial records for maintenance-related expenses
  • Book all maintenance hours
  • Communicate with the team to clarify and resolve discrepancies
  • Participate in remote training and apply new processes quickly
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Follow client-supplied SOPs, timelines, and service expectations
  • Perform services remotely and may be matched with one or more clients

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong accounting background with previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, RentManager, or other accounting software
  • Preference for understanding maintenance-related expenses and credit card receipts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with remote training
  • Availability to render services Monday–Friday; weekly service hours approx 25 hours
  • Willingness to follow client-supplied SOPs, timelines, and service expectations
  • Independent contractor status (not an employee)
