About the role
- Review and analyze billing data for key and enterprise accounts to identify discrepancies and errors
- Conduct thorough research to verify account information and billing details
- Correct billing errors and ensure accurate invoicing in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing procedures and policies to ensure compliance
- Review reports on billing discrepancies and corrective actions taken
- Assist in the development of strategies to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency
- Support special projects related to account management and billing processes as needed
- Additional tasks/projects as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of relevant experience (data entry, administrative, billing, legal preferred)
- Litigation support experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks
