About the role
- Support small business clients within Sun Life’s Group Benefits Operations (SunAdvantage team)
- Interact regularly with Advisors, Account Executives and internal stakeholders
- Perform administrative tasks and handle client calls to provide quality, timely, exceptional service
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships while ensuring confidentiality
- Proactively solve client problems to increase satisfaction scores
- Ensure accurate contract data through organized, detail-oriented work
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to learn and support team objectives
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Experience in a multitasking environment
- Ability to work overtime based on Client needs
- Knowledge of Group Insurance products (an asset)
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Organized and detail oriented to ensure accurate contract data
- Team oriented, collaborative and able to build trust quickly
- Ability to organize and prioritize activities to ensure key objectives are met
