About the role

  • Support small business clients within Sun Life’s Group Benefits Operations (SunAdvantage team)
  • Interact regularly with Advisors, Account Executives and internal stakeholders
  • Perform administrative tasks and handle client calls to provide quality, timely, exceptional service
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships while ensuring confidentiality
  • Proactively solve client problems to increase satisfaction scores
  • Ensure accurate contract data through organized, detail-oriented work
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to learn and support team objectives

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Experience in a multitasking environment
  • Ability to work overtime based on Client needs
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance products (an asset)
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Organized and detail oriented to ensure accurate contract data
  • Team oriented, collaborative and able to build trust quickly
  • Ability to organize and prioritize activities to ensure key objectives are met
