About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase direct bookings and brand exposure
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn) and other online networks
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic
- Manage guest communications via a virtual inbox, responding to inquiries and messages
- Coordinate with cleaning and operational teams and review check-in/check-out details
- Manually transfer guest contact information from OTAs to central calendar for future marketing
- Primary focus on marketing; secondary support for hospitality operations
- Report to To Be Determined; work Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management
- Experience with Google Ads
- Highly efficient and results-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English language proficiency, neutral accent preferred
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Experience in hospitality operations and guest communications (preferred)
- Willingness to work on a trial basis to demonstrate effectiveness
