About the role
- Manage the executive’s calendar, emails, and daily schedule using Outlook and Teams
- Serve as a check-and-balance across the business and internal team operations
- Attend and take detailed notes during weekly Wednesday meetings (2 hours)
- Follow up on calls and ensure timely task completion
- Assist with budget planning and financial management, including creating and maintaining a strict budget to restore working capital
- Support in managing personal credit, helping to develop and enforce a debt repayment plan
- Maintain accurate records and track finances using QuickBooks
- Prepare presentations and reports in PowerPoint
- Provide proactive input and recommendations to improve processes and support overall efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think ahead
