About the role
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring criteria agreed with manager
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct initial candidate communications (e.g., acknowledgment emails, updates, interview reminders)
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracking spreadsheets
- Assist in background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug test coordination
- Assist in the creation of company Gmail accounts
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documentation
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are completed
- Support Day 1 orientation logistics and ensure a smooth new hire experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience; exposure to logistics or delivery operations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- General administrative support to HR and Operations teams as needed
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in HR communications
- Process I-9s to verify ability to work in the US
