About the role
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our clients senior-level managers
- Manage/Organize client’s inbox and calendar
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Manage followup of client & team to execute on strategy & tasks
- Schedule meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Perform market research
- Create presentations and reports, as assigned
- Address employees’ administrative queries
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute
- Other admin duties as delegated by clients
Requirements
- Excels in written and oral communication, via all mediums
- Is proficient with technology, and confident with video conferencing
- Is extremely organised and is able to prioritise competing priorities
- Is proactive and focused on helping others
- Loves finding solutions to problems and thinking outside the box
- Is a natural leader and good team player
- Preferably has previous experience in an executive assistance role in a fast moving company
- LOVES all things structure and organisation, is confident 'bossing' others, creating schedules, and following through
