Executive Assistant

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our clients senior-level managers
• Inbox and calendar management including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
• Handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
• Assist busy executives to organise their professional + personal lives and their teams
• Manage/Organize client’s inbox and calendar
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Manage followup of client & team to execute on strategy & tasks
• Schedule meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Perform market research
• Create presentations and reports, as assigned
• Address employees’ administrative queries
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Prepare meeting agendas
• Take minutes during meetings and distribute
• Other admin duties as delegated by clients
