Prepare and send invoices using QuickBooks with accuracy and timeliness Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain organized records of billing activity and client communications Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed Eventually conduct outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, scheduling, or service-related communication Provide regular updates to the team regarding billing status and client interactions
Requirements
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable making outbound calls in a professional manner Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Prior experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role preferred
