About the role

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design, implement, and manage multi-channel automated marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, etc.) to drive customer engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions
  • Lead Management: Oversee segmentation and nurturing strategies to ensure prospects are moved through the sales funnel efficiently
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and product marketing, to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and strategies
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on email templates, landing pages, and campaigns to continuously optimize performance
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Create and optimize customer journeys to deliver the right message at the right time, increasing customer satisfaction and lifetime value
  • Automation Workflows: Develop and refine lead nurturing workflows that move prospects through the customer journey

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., RedPoint, Braze, Marketo, etc)
  • An enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to automation tools
