Campaign Development & Execution: Design, implement, and manage multi-channel automated marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, etc.) to drive customer engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions
Lead Management: Oversee segmentation and nurturing strategies to ensure prospects are moved through the sales funnel efficiently
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and product marketing, to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and strategies
A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on email templates, landing pages, and campaigns to continuously optimize performance
Customer Journey Mapping: Create and optimize customer journeys to deliver the right message at the right time, increasing customer satisfaction and lifetime value
Automation Workflows: Develop and refine lead nurturing workflows that move prospects through the customer journey
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., RedPoint, Braze, Marketo, etc)
An enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to automation tools
