About the role
- Increase glasses purchases among contact lens customers
- Convert glasses shoppers into buyers
- Improve retention of glasses customers
- Develop strategies to identify and target contact lens customers who may need glasses and segment our glasses customer base
- Partner with CRM, marketing operations, and creative teams to promote glasses at pivotal moments in the contact lens customer journey
- Engage glasses customers with campaigns featuring new styles and targeted promotions to encourage repeat purchases
- Craft compelling, on-brand messaging for different customer segments and partner with creative teams
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to enhance messaging, targeting, and personalization
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and share insights to inform future strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a direct-to-consumer environment
- Experience executing campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively partner with technical and creative teams
- Proven ability to create impactful customer communications and test messaging strategies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau
